It's easy to play! If you are interested in having lasik performed on your eyes, enter the contest site by clicking on the "ADD A PHOTO" box on the top of this page and simply email us a picture of your eyes. The instructions will take you through the process step by step.

Then tell all of your friends, family members, co-workers and anyone else you know to go to the contest site and vote for you.

The earlier you enter the contest, the greater your odds of being a winner.

The individual who receives the most votes through Monday, October 5th at 5:00PM will be our Grand Prize Winner and will win a free iLASIK procedure on both of their eyes.

The first runner-up will receive half off their iLASIK procedure. The second runner-up will receive $2,000 off the price of their iLASIK procedure.

These three winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009.

Starting Monday, September 21, 2009, through the end of the contest, we will also have daily winners. Selected randomly from all entries in the contest, these daily prize winners, in addition to remaining eligible to win the prizes for receiving the highest vote counts, will receive discounts for iLASIK ranging between $1,200 and $1,800.
